Access, download, and understand your LinkAssist invoices with GST details.

Invoices

LinkAssist generates GST-compliant invoices for all paid transactions.

Accessing Invoices

From Dashboard

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click "Payment History"
  3. Click "Download Invoice" for any transaction

Via Email

Invoices are automatically emailed after each successful payment to your registered email address.

Invoice Contents

Each invoice includes:

Header Information

  • Invoice number
  • Invoice date
  • Due date (for reference)

Seller Details

  • LinkAssist company name
  • GSTIN number
  • Registered address

Buyer Details

  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Billing address
  • GSTIN (if provided)

GST on Invoices

LinkAssist is registered under GST. Our GSTIN is displayed on all invoices.

For Businesses

If you need invoices for tax filing:

  1. Add your GSTIN in Settings → Billing → Tax Details
  2. Provide your business address
  3. Future invoices will include your GSTIN

Input Tax Credit

Businesses can claim Input Tax Credit (ITC) on LinkAssist subscriptions:

  • Save invoices for your GST filing
  • Use our GSTIN for verification
  • Contact your accountant for specific guidance

Invoice Formats

Invoices are available in:

  • PDF -Standard format for records
  • Print-friendly -Optimized for printing

Updating Billing Details

To update invoice information:

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click "Billing Address"
  3. Update your details:
    • Name (individual or company)
    • Address
    • GSTIN (optional)
    • State
  4. Click Save

Updated billing details apply to future invoices only. Past invoices cannot be modified for tax compliance reasons.

Invoice FAQs

Can I get invoices for past transactions? Yes, all invoices are available in your Payment History. Download them anytime.

Can you modify an issued invoice? No, issued invoices cannot be modified due to tax regulations. Contact support for credit notes if needed.

I need a different company name on the invoice. Update your billing details before making a payment. The name on file at payment time appears on the invoice.

Can I get a consolidated monthly invoice? Currently, we issue invoices per transaction. Contact enterprise sales for custom billing arrangements.

My GSTIN wasn't included. Can you reissue? We cannot reissue invoices, but we can provide a credit note and new invoice in special cases. Contact support.
