Manage payments, understand GST compliance, and use coupon codes for LinkAssist subscriptions.
Payments
LinkAssist uses Razorpay for secure payment processing with full GST compliance for Indian users.
Payment Methods
We accept:
- Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- Debit Cards (all major banks)
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
- Net Banking (all major banks)
- Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik)
Making a Payment
Go to Billing
Navigate to Settings → Billing in your dashboard.
Select Plan
Click "Upgrade to Pro" or select your desired plan.
Apply Coupon (Optional)
If you have a coupon code:
- Enter the code in the coupon field
- Click "Apply"
- Discount appears in the breakdown
Review Breakdown
Verify the payment breakdown:
- Plan amount
- Discount (if coupon applied)
- Subtotal
- GST (18%)
- Total payable
Complete Payment
Click "Pay Now" to open Razorpay checkout.
Select your preferred payment method and complete the transaction.
Confirmation
On successful payment:
- You'll see a confirmation screen
- Email receipt is sent
- Pro features activate immediately
GST Compliance
LinkAssist is fully GST compliant for Indian users.

GST Breakdown
For intra-state transactions:
- CGST: 9%
- SGST: 9%
For inter-state transactions:
- IGST: 18%
Your billing address determines whether CGST/SGST or IGST applies. Ensure your address is accurate in your profile.
HSN Code
Our services fall under HSN 998314 (Online content services).
Using Coupon Codes
Applying a Coupon
- Enter the code in the coupon field
- Click "Apply"
- Discount is shown in the breakdown
- GST is calculated on the discounted amount
Coupon Rules
- One coupon per transaction
- Cannot be combined with other offers
- Some coupons are for first-time users only
- Check expiry dates before applying
Common Coupon Types

Payment Security
Your payment information is protected:
- Razorpay handles all payment processing
- PCI-DSS compliant payment infrastructure
- No storage of card details on our servers
- Signature verification for all transactions
Subscription Management
Auto-Renewal
Pro subscriptions auto-renew monthly:
- Charged on your billing anniversary
- Email reminder sent 3 days before
- Same payment method used
Updating Payment Method
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Payment Methods"
- Add new method or update existing
- Set as default for future charges
Canceling Auto-Renewal
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Access continues until period ends
- No future charges
Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- Email notification sent immediately
- Retry automatically attempted (up to 3 times)
- Grace period of 3 days before account suspension
- Manual retry available in billing settings
Common Failure Reasons

| Insufficient funds | Add funds and retry |
| Card expired | Update payment method |
| Bank declined | Contact your bank or try another card |
| UPI timeout | Retry the payment |
Refunds
Refund Policy
- Full refund within 7 days of purchase
- Partial refunds for longer subscriptions
- No refunds for consumed services
Requesting a Refund
- Email support@linkassist.ai
- Include your transaction ID
- Explain the reason for refund
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
Refunds are credited to the original payment method. UPI refunds may take 2-3 additional days.
Payment History
View all your transactions:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Payment History"
- Download receipts for any transaction
