Plan Limits
How Limits Work
- Monthly Reset: All limits reset on your billing anniversary
- Rollover: Unused credits do not roll over
- Shared Quota: Comments and posts share the same quota
- Campaign Posts: Each post in a campaign counts toward your quota
When You Hit Limits
If you reach your monthly limit:
- You'll see a notification in the dashboard
- Post generation will be disabled
- Scheduled posts continue to publish
- Upgrade to continue generating content
Upgrading Your Plan
From Free to Pro
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Upgrade to Pro"
- Enter billing information
- Complete Razorpay payment
- Pro features activate immediately
During Trial
If you upgrade during your trial:
- Trial converts to paid subscription immediately
- Usage limits reset to Pro levels
- Billing starts from upgrade date
Downgrading
From Pro to Free
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
- Pro access continues until billing period ends
- Account converts to Free plan after
When downgrading to Free, you may lose access to:
- Scheduled posts beyond Free limits
- Campaign features
- Advanced analytics
- Priority support
FAQ
Can I switch plans anytime? Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings.
What happens to my content if I downgrade? Your content is preserved. You can still view and publish existing scheduled posts, but generating new content is limited to Free plan quotas.
Do you offer refunds? We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you're not satisfied. Contact support@linkassist.ai.
Is there an annual plan? Currently, we offer monthly billing only. Annual plans with discounts are coming soon.
Can I pause my subscription? Contact support to discuss pausing options for extended absences.
